We who run Irazpira24 are called Lise-Lott and Stefan. We are 50+, partners since 2014 and live in Kinnekulle. When we are not working, we enjoy hiking in nature, swimming, travel, friends, family, parlor games, movies, good food and beverage.
Stefan is a creative multi entrepreneur with many irons in the fire. Stefan’s business is called Stefan’s Lund AB and started as a restaurant in Skara in 2008. These days he offers services such as facade washing, property- and storage clearing, certain gardening activities, minor demolition jobs, heavy work and handyman for other craftsmen. Stefan also works with the nutritional supplement FitLine and happily attends health exhibitions to present FitLine products.
Lise-Lott is a trained assistant nurse/caretaker, ambulance paramedic and has worked in healthcare on and off since 1985. Also curiously tried many more professions, both in Sweden and abroad.
During the 90s Lise-Lott got educated as a holistic therapist and massage therapist but in fact as “always” needed to massage, both her mother and their horses that needed it.
2012 Lise-Lott started Häloskällan Crea Diem as a part time venture, since February 2021 it is full time. Hälsokällan offers individually tailored massage where, among others, IR is an important part of the treatment. Other important aspects and aspects of Hälsokällan are relaxing Aroma massage, Dorn method, Foot zone therapy, Qi-therapy (IR light acupuncture), sales of nutritional supplements and natural skincare etc.
I, Liselott, have since 2019 used various IR equipment in treatments at Hälsokällan Crea Diem, also for myself and family. Countless times I have been fascinated with the amazing pain-relieving effect that these infra rays have, in a soft and pleasant - almost magical way!
I enjoy meeting people and want to add that extra to my customers - I want to provide something beneficial that does good.
The idea for Irazpira24 came about in the late fall of 2021 during the later stages of the pandemic - a period where several clients experienced a new and more intense form of ache due to the change in working environment, increased workload as well as heightened stress and concern.
Clients expressed the desire to lie on the amazingly comfortable IR carpet where their bodies became softer, pain was relieved, mood improved and stress became tranquility.
Some of my clients are, just like the rest of us, entrepreneurs and shop assistants with late working hours and are seldom able to leave work before at least 6.30 PM (18.30), at which time most massage parlors are closed. Is there a way I can help here?
We are also many who come from other cultures that need but are unable to receive massage, there are also those who need massage but are uncomfortable being touched by someone else, a stranger. How can I contribute to their well-being?
While I worked longer hours than usual, I pondered if there was a solution, I want to do good and contribute to that extra surplus in life but time just is not there.

Eventually an idea started to form in my mind. Time went on and in the early stages of 2022 I heard that the premises next to mine were vacant and my mind began to accelerate. One night I woke up with a clear image of what was to become Irazpira24!
To offer my clients, and others, the chance to find the IR treatment most suitable for them and to use it as often as needed and whenever convenient for them!
The name was from the start intended to be Spira24 with the inspiration that the mind sprouts (spirar in Swedish) like the sun’s infrared heated rays, with the warmth that wakes us and nature to life and makes us feel good.
However, PRV (Patent and Registerverket, Swedish authorities) rejected the name proposal since there are other actors in the health business with similar names. We were advised to rethink it, think outside the box to create a unique and playful name... not an easy task!
We wanted to include IR (Infrared) and 24 (open around the clock), searched for IR24, short and concise but that was also not approved.
Iraspira24 was not sufficient but had to be made more unique, so we changed the S to Z (my last name begins with Z) and the result was Irazpira24.
Unmanned and available 24/7, a popular concept for gyms, solariums, stores etc - so why not use it for this purpose?
The idea went from growing to flourishing, a few sleepless nights with a bunch of thoughts and sketching, where Luxway Nordic was an obvious choice since they have long experience with IR products. Now the idea was ready and during one of our long walks I pitched the idea to Stefan who immediately said – “wow, what a great idea - I'm in, let's do it!”
Irazpira24 is the first and currently only one of its kind with a wide selection of IR therapies gathered under the same roof, where the customer chooses the time that fits! And imagine, here in Götene you have the possibility of taking part in this unique concept!
During the project another idea took shape, Irazpira SPA & AirBNB - a renovated, fresh apartment with IR sauna and bubble bath! At Irazpira SPA & AirBNB guests from far away can live with intense treatment for a few days, friends can hike at Kinnekulle and then soothe the sore muscles in their “own” mini spa, the bridal couple can enjoy a cozy stay, holidays can be celebrated and downtime can be spent with the person you like the most!
