Pensioners receive a 10% discount. For the discount to apply, you need to register your social security number.

Payment methods
Payment is made via debit card or Swish and used to load the "wallet" with any amount from SEK 250 and the booking cost will then be deducted from the paid pot.
For those who want to go more often than 1 time per week during a month, a Monthly Pass or an Annual Pass may be preferable. You can read more about this under "Store" on Bookity, login/registration required.

Reservation
We are connected to the booking and entry service at Bookity. NB! Read booking steps 1-5 below and read your booking confirmation carefully! Unfortunately, Bookity's site is only available in Swedish.

On Bookity's page you will find a menu at the top, on the mobile phone you will find the menu in the form of dashes at the top right, you may need to swipe the screen to the side to see them.

1. Start by signing up under the menu on Bookity. Then feel free to go to your profile and fill in your initials etc at the bottom of the page "name shown on schedule" = what you want to be visible publicly when booking. If you skip that line, everyone who signs in will see your name in front of you. Register your date of birth (without the last 4 digits) if you are a pensioner.
   
2. After that, you can book and pay with the arrangement you have chosen. Choose your schedule. Hover over the activity you want to book and click in the box. Then confirm by clicking on the green box under the schedule. Then follow the instructions for payment. Under the Shop tab, you can sign up for a Monthly or Annual Pass. If you pay with a gift card, register the code you received.
   
3. NB! Once you have booked, your booking should be visible on the schedule and a booking confirmation should be sent to your email. Under "My Account" in the menu, you can see your bookings.
   
4. Read through the booking confirmation carefully, it contains important information before your visit!
   
5. On site outside the entrance, use the link "Open the door" in the booking confirmation or log in to Bookity's page and open by clicking on "Entrance" in the menu bar and then clicking on "Open door". Please note that you need to have a mobile phone/tablet with you and be connected to the internet.

Duration of the booking
The rooms can be booked in 60-minute intervals starting every hour. You can book up to 20 minutes after the hour. The beginner then has plenty of time to read the instructions, while those with experience can make good use of the time in any length up to 50 or 55 minutes. If you want to book two times in a row in the same room, there will be a 5-10 minute break before the next hour begins.

The power turns on when your booked time starts and turns off after 50-55 minutes, regardless of when you start.

The remaining 5-10 minutes are used to clean up and get ready. Once your hour is up, the next customer should be able to start. Thank you for leaving the room in the same condition you want to find it yourself!

Wellness allowance, E-passi
We are now connected to E-passi and you can search for Irazpira24 in the app. With your contribution, we can make a "wallet" from which your payments are deducted. This requires that you have first registered with Bookity before we can make a deposit to your wallet.

E-passi cannot be used to purchase an annual pass.

Once you have paid your amount to E-passi, we will receive an email and can load your amount to your wallet on the booking page within 48 hours (weekdays during daytime) provided that you have created an account at Bookity.

In the meantime, you can register, book and pay as usual while waiting for us to load your wallet with the wellness allowance shortly.

E-passi approves purchases for a maximum of SEK 1000 per purchase and if you have a higher amount you want to use here, you can make a new purchase another day.

ps. The Swedish Tax Agency has approved IR sauna (the IR tunnel is a horizontal sauna) and Vibration plate as wellness.
