Infrared tunnel sauna gives the entire body an Infrared heat treatment on the front and back, from shoulders to toes while lying on your back and your face free.
From a separate control panel, you can regulate the heating in different sections and put a timer on the treatment.
The tunnels inside consist of ultrathin heat radiators coated with heat activated longwave infrared material, called Infrared Carbon Wave-panels. When the sauna heats up to 55 degrees Celsius the ultrathin infra panels emit approximately 95% of their energy in longwave infrared radiation. It takes only a few minutes to reach an even temperature of 55 degrees Celsius.
The back lies on an infrared mattress, it is made of organic hemp and does not cause smell when used.
Infrared light can act soothing for various forms of ache and stiffness, feeling cold, clearing toxins, ease skin irritation, improve metabolism and fat burning as well as acting positively for the lymphatic system etc.
Remember to hydrate properly the day before and after your appointment.
Start with a lower temperature, level 1-4 and medium = 5 at most, the first time and gradually increase the heat. You can, at any time, lift the above panel and cool down, decrease temperature or pause and sit up for a moment should you need it.
You will be warm and sweat primarily when increasing the heat level.
Some people may have a hard time sweating and it may take a few turns before the sweating process starts.

Level 1-5: Suitable for beginners and for those that may find it difficult with hot saunas or hot summer days.
Appropriate time: 30 - 90 minutes
Start with booking a shorter session and use levels 1-3 if you are sensitive to heat, you can increase the temperature during your session.
Level 6-9: Suitable for the experienced sauna-goer and for those that enjoy heat and do not mind sweating a lot.
Appropriate time: Recommended maximum time is 30 minutes.
Remember to hydrate more than usual 24 hours before and after your sauna visit. Hydrate during your session should you feel thirst.
