Vibrationpad FitnessPlate-power

The vibration pad works softly and quietly because the three engines operate on a special frequency. It evens movement in a softer way but still provides intense movement. The vibration pad is curvy and suitable primarily for the one that wants to work on the lymphatic system and calorie burning but also for aches. 7 different programs are available.

The vibration pad can be used to

  • Improve lymphatic system
  • Increase blood circulation
  • Strengthen and tone muscles
  • Improve fat metabolism
  • Improve balance

With a vibrating pad you can exercise with minimum strain on the body to strengthen small and short muscles as well as joints.

The vibrating pad is, properly used, beneficial for those that suffer from issues such as arthritis and can be a good way to start a “sluggish lymph”. It can be sufficient with only 10-15 minutes on the pad for an effective workout.

If you are inexperienced or unfit, start carefully with only a few minutes, listen to your body and work with the prerequisite unique for you now.

If you, for example, have issues with your lymphatic system or much pain you should start softly with a manual program so that you can regulate the speed of the vibrating pad yourself.

If you have problems with balance or muscle-weakness we suggest you bring someone with you, and to do exercise sitting down at first.

Remember to not exaggerate use of vibrating tools, 10-15 minutes is definitely sufficient for an effective workout.

Irazpira24 is not manned and prior to your first visit you can book an introduction if you would like, however detailed instructions before your session are available in the room.

Introduction can be booked via contact with Hälsokällan CreaDiem.
